What’s your shipping policy?
Due to COVID-19, delays in the USPS, and Different Bugs being solely operated and managed by me (Sabrina Harris), all orders may take up to 7-14 days from date of purchase to be shipped. I do my best at fulfilling orders as quickly as I can, and I greatly appreciate your understanding during this time! If you have any issues or if you need an order by a certain date, contact me at [email protected]. Different Bugs is not responsible for any damaged or lost packages after they have been shipped.

Can I return my order?
All sales are final and cannot be returned for any refunds or exchanges. If you have any questions or concerns about a piece, do not hesitate to reach out prior to purchase!

How do I place a custom order?
Please add the item "custom order deposit" to your cart. Fill out the form in the product description and paste it into the "notes" section at checkout. All custom orders require a $25 deposit to hold you accountable for following through with your order.  I will not start your custom until I have received your payment, and the deposit will contribute to the final cost of your piece. If you decide to back out at any point you will not be refunded. Once I receive the custom order I will email you with details,  and we will continue the process from there. Can I adjust the size/length of a piece?
Yes! Please add any adjustments in the "notes" section at checkout. Or email [email protected]

My bracelet/necklace/etc broke, can I get it fixed?
I get it, accidents happen, things happen, and things can break sometimes. All repairs and adjustments are free of cost. Please email me with details and/or photos of the damage, and I will get back to you ASAP. Repairs can take 7-10 days to be returned, and if you have any questions about that please reference the shipping policy.

How do you price your items?
Items are priced on the following:

  • Every single piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind, and cannot be exactly replicated or reproduced (excluding made to order pieces)
  • Cost of labor
  • Materials such as charms, clasps, beads, etc, are vintage, antique, high quality metals, or from my own childhood jewelry
  • All other materials (such as art glass, lampwork glass, czech glass, etc) are sourced from independent artists and vendors
  • Semiprecious stones, freshwater pearls, etc, are ethically sourced
  • 925 sterling silver hardware (crimp beads, clasps, chain) for durability and longevity
  • Custom made stainless steel Different Bugs logo charms
  • Cost of custom packaging, stickers, notecards, bubble mailers
  • Shipping expenses
  • Cost of website, domain, and LLC, and any other extraneous expenses regarding the operation of Different Bugs

* Please note that I am one individual running my own business, and I put a lot of time and labor into this passion of mine. I put as much of the profits as I can directly back into improving my work. I want each piece to hold it's own universe, and each piece is made with pieces of myself.
